How credits work. Credits never expire. Your balance is visible in the vendor dashboard. Spending an item deducts credits and applies the effect immediately. Items that require analyst work (spotlight article, case study, newsletter mention) are queued for review and we will reach out by email.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If a pack purchase fails or you have a billing question, contact us.
